We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Free and Easy Return

- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a free, prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us.
- Return shipping costs are covered by us. You will not be charged for the return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to follow the return process for your original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we have initiated it.

In addition to our 30-day policy, customers in the United Kingdom have the statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the item must be returned in its original, new condition.
